DevAny is an AI-powered app building service: it generates, hosts and helps you manage web-based micro-apps from your description.

SALES ARE MADE EXCLUSIVELY TO BUSINESS AND CORPORATE CUSTOMERS, AGAINST AN INVOICE; WE DO NOT SELL TO CONSUMERS. Whoever completes a purchase declares that they act for commercial or professional purposes and on behalf of a business; a valid business tax ID (VAT/VKN) is required at checkout. Individuals may only create a free demo account out of personal interest; a demo account carries no publishing rights — publishing requires upgrading to a paid plan as a business.

Purchasable services: (a) monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business, and Team Edition for companies) — every paid plan includes monthly AI Credit equal to its price; (b) AI Boost credit packs — added to your balance, never expire; (c) monthly capacity add-ons. Prices are published on the Plans page in US Dollars (USD), excluding VAT. Because sales are made to businesses only, any value-added tax on the service import is the buying business's responsibility under the rules of its own country (e.g. reverse-charge VAT self-assessment in Türkiye and the EU); a valid business tax ID (VAT/VKN) is required at checkout. Your bank may apply currency conversion or additional fees; those belong to your bank.

Payment is collected by card via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on DevAny servers.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled; you can cancel anytime and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

The service is digital and performance begins IMMEDIATELY upon payment confirmation: plan entitlements and monthly AI Credit are granted at the moment of payment, and AI Boost packs are added to your balance instantly.

There is no physical delivery and no shipping cost.

Because sales are made to businesses only, statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to these purchases. The service is digital and is performed immediately upon payment; fees are governed by the Refund Policy and are generally non-refundable.

Checkout asks for your SEPARATE, explicit consent: you request immediate performance and accept that once performance begins, fees are governed by the Refund Policy. Without this consent no payment is taken.

Savings clause: even where mandatory law exceptionally treats a buyer as a consumer, services performed immediately in the electronic environment are exempt from the right of withdrawal (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-ğ; EU Directive 2011/83 Art. 16(m)), and with your recorded immediate-performance consent any withdrawal right ends when performance begins. Your rights regarding billing errors and any non-waivable rights always remain unaffected.

AI Credit is a prepayment for processing capacity; it depletes with use, is not money or stored value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Once a generation request reaches the AI provider, the corresponding credit is spent — see the Refund Policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction for disputes are set out in Terms of Service §17; rights that mandatory law does not allow to be waived remain unaffected.

This form and the Distance Sales Agreement are published in versioned form at devany.ai; your purchase email includes permanent links. The consents you give at checkout are recorded with version, timestamp and IP.
